"And he arose and came to his father. But when he was still a great way off, his father saw him and had compassion, and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him." Luke 15:20
Moms, Jesus wants our prodigals to come home even more than we do. Don't ever give up praying that the Holy Spirit will break the bondage of Satan and change their hearts.
If you are a prodigal reading this post, I want you to know that Jesus loves you more than you can believe. He is as close as a prayer and will run to you as soon as you turn, coming back to Him.
Blessings to you and your family,
Carolyn

What a powerful video to go with that touching song! I would love to use it with a post I am doing about my prodigal.
ReplyDeleteYou are so right that we can NEVER give up praying for out wanderers. God reminds us that He never gives up on us, so how can we as earthly parents ever cease praying for our children?
As usual, your post really blessed me and was the very thing I needed to see this morning before going to church. Thank you, Carolyn!
Thank you, Carolyn for this post. I find so much comfort in knowing that God loves and wants to fellowship with my son more than I do. That amazes me because I can't imagine being about to love or long anymore.
ReplyDeleteI will never give up on Brandon...I will pray and believe until there is not a breath left in my body. I know that God will honor this.
Say a prayer for me today...home sick.
((hugs))
